Dark Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

Tall, dark and wholesome…

The key ingredient in this smoothie is dark chocolate. High in fiber, Magnesium, and Iron, dark chocolate has many health benefits when eaten in moderation.

Ingredients:

½ Cup of Ice

1 Cup of Fat-Free Milk

1 Cup of Raspberries

½ Banana

2 tbsp. of Honey

1/8 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips

 

Steps:

  1. Cut banana into ½ inch slices
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the blender
  3. Blend until smooth

 

Chocolate Smoothie Tip: Try replacing honey with 2 tbsp. of coconut sugar.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie

The key ingredient in this smoothie is PB2. With a fraction of the fat and calories of normal peanut butter, PB2 still packs protein and the taste of spreadable peanut butter.

 

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. of PB2

3 Ice Cubes

1 Banana

1 tsp. of Cocoa Powder

1 Cup of Almond Milk

Steps:

  1. Cut banana into ½ inch slices
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the blender
  3. Blend until smooth

 

Chocolate Smoothie Tip: Try using chocolate Almond Milk for a more chocolate filled smoothie.

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

The key ingredient in this smoothie is avocado. Avocado’s are full of healthy fats and dietary fiber.

Ingredients:

1 Ripe Avocado

1 Banana

3 tbsp. of Cocoa Powder

¼ Cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt

3 tbsp. of Fat-Free Milk

 

Steps:

  1. Remove the skin of the avocado and dice up the flesh
  2. Cut the banana into ½ inch slices
  3. Add all of the ingredients to the blender
  4. Blend until smooth
