Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Do the Shake.

The key ingredient in this smoothie is peanut. While peanuts taste different from peanut butter, they give this recipe a crunch and still contain healthy vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients:

1 Small Handful of Peanuts

1 Banana

½ Cup of Almond Milk

¼ tsp. of Vanilla Extract

 

Steps:

  1. Cut the banana into ½ inch slice
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the blender
  3. Blend until smooth

 

Peanut Butter Smoothie Tip: If this smoothie is too thick, try adding a couple ice cubes to water it down.
